Founded in 2017 and based in Chicago, Meitheal is focused on the development and commercialization of generic injectable medications and, as of 2022, has expanded its focus to include fertility, biologic, and branded products. Meitheal currently markets over 75 U.S. FDA-approved products across numerous therapeutic areas including anti-infectives, oncolytics, intensive care, and fertility. As of April 2026, Meitheal, directly or through its partners, has 32 products in the research and development phase, 9 products planned for launch in 2026, 4 products in clinical trial phases, and 13 products under review by the FDA. The pay range for this position is $115,000 to $155,000 / year. Payrate is determined by considering a person’s prior experience and competence.

• Advanced level of understanding of the US healthcare systems including organization, reimbursement, formulary strategy, decision making and emerging trends. 
• Strong financial modeling skills; fluency in GTN and rebate structures. Hands-on experience with GPO contracting, PBM formulary strategy, and pay or negotiations strongly preferred.
• Ability to analyze/interpret contract language and identify risks to the company.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands with a high level of initiative and independence.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within areas such as Accounting, Commercial Analytics, Compliance, Finance, Government Affairs, IT, Legal, Market Access, and Trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and reconcile contracts and financial data.
